    James. I'm happy that you're re-applying because it actually shocked me that you resigned. To be honest, I thought you would never resign and I in fact thought you got demoted and thought that the Staff Team did a big mistake, like how they demoted Krissy. But until I spoke to you, I realised the truth/what actually happened. However, I am happy you're giving it another go of being Staff. You were one of the best moderators out there. Even though you resigned, that didn't stop you from applying again; everyone makes mistakes and regrets. All I see here is that you are to undertake this, again, and that, to me, shows resilience.
    Below are a few reasons why I give you my support and why you should be re-promoted:
    • When you resigned, you were still helping those people in chat, answering their questions, etc.
    • You have experience as a Moderator on this Server/Forum so you know how things work.
    • You're active on the Server, Forum and Discord.
    • You respect those around you, let alone your resignation.
    • You're friendly when you talk to people, whether that's in-game, on discord, or on forums.
    • You try your very best to help every individual. Whether that's answering a question to getting a Staff Member online, etc.
    This is why I think you'll suit the Staff Role. You have all the requirements needed, you were a previous staff member, you show resilience, and you care for every individuals help. I hope you understood everything I said, if you didn't just message me on either platform and I'll talk to you then.
