Permanent bans cannot be appealed, as they are made only after multiple repeat offenses and the team is absolutely certain the player is no longer welcome after this server. While exceptions have been made for players who were banned many years ago and have clearly changed, your ban has only been a few months and it seems you've already forgotten what you did.
