Hello there,

For a while now, I've been banned from the skyblock servers and haven't done anything about it till now. My ban was because of a chargeback of items I bought. How am I able to get unbanned?

I understand, but I clearly now that you guys, whoever does, will decline my appeal. I emailed the support to try to fix the reason for my ban, which was the chargeback, and to receive some information on how to resolve it. It’s been two days now and I haven’t received an email back.
