I was just trying to get back on and I haven't had access to my account for probably a couple years now and Monster_Sparkles had my info and used my account and whatever he did he got permanently banned for. I migrated my account to microsoft and I have email ownership and he hasn't had access to my account so I was wondering what you could do about this, thanks. The account name was under Monster_Sparkles I just changed it back.

If someone such as Kerahna could look at this ban appeal because she would know the backstory of this out of everyone I feel like

 

Also this is a permanent ban on every server so I think the only ones that can deal with this are smods+ and kerahna unless that has changed. It says you cannot appeal for permanent bans, however there have been exceptions in the past, also considering it wasn't me on my account for the past few years this would fall under that I believe. Thanks.

 

Correct, however as I stated there have been many exceptions in the past, and even recent appeals dealing with this same situation and were able to be unbanned. Considering this was a very long time ago I was wondering if there would be any consideration. Also, that isn't an official rule and isn't listed anywhere on the forums saying I can't appeal for this type of ban or anything about account info sharing, but I take full responsibility as stated

I gave him my account info I believe in late 2018/early 2019 and I stopped playing minecraft in general so I had no use to the account. However, I've just been wanting to get on the server and whatever Monster_Sparkles did on my account, he got permanently banned. I regained email access and changed my password and migrated my account to microsoft so it is fully secured now. I take responsibility for this as I'm the one that gave him my info. It's been a long time now and I myself have not done anything to get punished, so I was wondering what could be considered, thank you.

 

Correct, he had access to my main account which has Donor400 on it (if it's still called that)

 

I understand that and I was apart of the staff team at one point so I remember all the rules and regulations, some have changed, and I understand that. I appoligize that I have done this in the first place, I just saw no use of having my account if I stopped playing Minecraft. I have had access for my account for about a few months now and like I said I migrated it to microsoft and changed all the information so no one can get back in. I won't be doing it again because there's no purpose to I don't play on the server like that and that's just a waste of time in my opinion. I just want to join and say hi and stuff like that. This was also 3 years ago when I gave him the account info, my old discord got deleted so I don't even have contact with him. I barely get on Minecraft and forums anymore and you can probably tell since you haven't seen me, but thank you for responding
