Well, none of us can really help except the admins, and CypriotMerks has his tags turned off anyways, so I might as well tag Justin Martin one last time to see if it gets him here, but otherwise, you'd be better off messaging someone about it in-game or start a conversation on forums with them.

Can you just change the user thing i have given proof!

 

I'm just going to go ahead and state my opinion.

Donor purchases are NOT done manually. It's a plugin called BuyCraft that automates things. To my knowledge, an admin would have to revoke the donorship of the wrong username and then trigger a purchase in your name. I'm not sure if that can be done as quickly as you think.

On the other hand, I had the same problem on a different server and it was resolved eventually, so just be patient and everything will be alright
