Please don't friendly bump apps in a one day period. Do it only when nobody is replying within 2-3 day. You just have to be patient.

To be completely honest, I don't think there is a certain time you have to wait before you should bump your application. I just think the number of times you bump an application is another thing looked at when Cyp is judging applications.

Btw I will look through this application in more detail when I can.

This is just my opinion. Please don't be offended by anything that I say.
-I feel like you're trying to hard to be mod. The refunds thread, making thread after thread. A friendly bump? By bumping it is friendly itself. No need to add friendly
-I've seen you online but you weren't helping and you seemed to be fooling around {I was a donor then so I was sneaky and you probably didn't notice me}
-You don't seem very mature and that you can handle the job. You might kick people when they barely spammed, used caps, etc.
-In your application it says your 16, but on your profile you're 25. Please tell the truth about your age
-You seem very busy. I don't think you'll have enough time to moderate
-College not collage

I feel like if you got mod you'd get overwhelmed with the world around you and may ban people permanently when they did something that deserves a temp-ban. You fool around on forums and you are still new to the server & forums.
