    Please avoid using colour in every single post, it is very difficult to read. Just typing like most of us do with default colours is enough. Your post will get noticed, its not like in game on the server.

    Sorry if this is harsh but you have a lot of work to do to become ready. You need to be able to mod the forums, mod the server, handle a vast ranges of issues, solve a range of problems, keep up with the chat, handle difficult players and be mature.
    At this point you are not displaying the right qualities to be selected. As you use the server more you will mature and start to get more knowledge. Then you may be able to prove you are perfect for mod.

    As for the application: too much clolour, too short and it needs a good fix up.
    You bump this thread too much.

    As for everyone else, this isnt a joke application, please keep on topic.

    I would like to point out, like Krissy said, that you are throwing him off topic...
    Even if the application isn't the best he is probably getting used to the forums. If you are going off topic in this thread, he will think it is alright to go off topic in other applications which is not the way to go.. just stay on topic.
    This section of the forums is for applications and people who state what they think of them, NOT for chatting to your friends 0. Do that in PM or maybe, just maybe, the section that is clearly labeled 'OFF TOPIC'.

    Now that I have that off my back I would like to point out that the people who said he was promoted or made it look like NoobCrew gave him admin, that may be a joke but I am sure it is a cruel one. Well, in my opinion it is.
    You raised his hopes, he probably thought "I can not believe I get to help the server that I love and have been playing on for 2 years!" then his feelings were shattered. I mean it annoys the happy girl out of me... If the forums were up to me I would make you apologize to him in depth. I do not care if this makes me sound like one of those teachers, I really don't. The point is to stay on topic and don't raise his feelings.

    As for the application.

    -Please do not bribe other ones into supporting.

    -The colours, they hurt :) Just tone down the size, underlining and the colour.

    -Please edit your app and fill in the form on the first reply.

    Sorry I don't support you. You are a coop on my island and you weren't that nice, you were actually kind of rude. You also spammed me until i answered you, so sorry. Also don't offer island tours because on our island the rule is we ask before we teleport people to our island.

    "Why I'll never be a moderator"
    Fits better for you.

    The colours are making my eyes bleed try to use a more calm font and only use colours to highlight not every sentence

    Sorry, I have no support for this.

    Firstly, your application has no format, no organisation whatsoever.

    -Building does not support your application
    -Your devotion for the server is nice, but really won't help
    -The colouring, the italics and big bold text really isn't needed. You need to also fix some spelling errors.

    Please change this application then I hope to change my mind.
