Ask a mod when they are off-duty. They could help you then. It wouldn't be reporting if you say something like, "Off the record...." Don't remove evidence though. That would just get both of you in trouble. Try to get a mod maybe to nudge him towards the amnesty thing when they aren't doing mod stuff.

 

But removing evidence makes it so everyone is happy. Just because something happened and is fixed, doesn't mean you should still be in trouble, or at least in as MUCH trouble. If you remove evidence that you were ever there, then nobody will be mad. How can you get mad at someone for, say, taking your diamond pick, but returning it before you notice? (just saying, not to be rude or anything and thanks for the advice)

 

I get what you're saying, but a lot of the mods won't. They can sometimes take that part of their job way too seriously. I just think it would be safer not to do anything until you talk to a mod That you trust about what to do off the record.
