    you're*

From my experience, there's some Inspiron laptops. You got Inspiron desktop, 2-3 versions of Inspiron 15 (which is what I have), Inspiron 13 and 17. I could be wrong but the best place to see what is avaliable is to check Dell's website :p

Get an SSD, even if it has lower capacity. If you ever need more storage you can buy an external HDD, they have gotten really cheap. You won't be actively using most of your data anyways.

I've used iPhone since the 3G came out and used Windows computer along with that all the time, though I also have a Macbook Air. The convenience of Airdrop etc. is certainly not worth the price in your case, since it pretty much cancels out all gaming. It's not that great either way, especially with google services and airdrop being easily accessible on both devices. Stay with Windows. (or Linux, Elementary OS is fantastic!)
I've switched to Samsung now due to a severe decline in quality and increase in price over the years from Apple, and personally the convenience-level has not changed either. I can recommend Acer laptops

Which Acer model would you recommend ? If you could provide a link that would be awesome.
