-I have been more kind to the staff team. There is now not a single mod that I am not okay with tho. I admit me and my friend @blaq_ kinda argue but we have threw that under the train and I hope to never have another arguement with another mod EVER!

But, like, dude, why? You made this new one for feedback? And, hilariously, it's only been 2 weeks as you said. 2 weeks doesn't really... *change* a person. It's just 14 days. It's more of a gradual thing, see. You have to slowly change while having the first mod application to prove to the people that you can be mature and such.

Okay so i know i already have a other application...But i want new feedback Like people said in the previous application i needed to act more mature and with my spelling and typing.. So it has been 2 weeks and i have decided to open this application up.. And also no need to state your feedback more than one I will respond to everyone on here.. Trust me i have improved! -You have proved yourself very wrong within this paragraph-

Why do you think you should be a mod?I think I should be a moderator because I am friendly, polite, and player who loves helping others. If a player needs help, I will come to them, or answer their question. For example, someone is asking how to make a cobblestone generator, I will Teleport to them and show them where the blocks go. I am usually always watching chat, so if/when I see a player breaking one of the rules, I tell to please stop, and if not, I will kick them, if it gets worse through, I will mute or ban him/her, deciding on what has occurred, and what shall I do. Moderator is not a rank, it is a position where you can help people more, and that's what I like to do. I will only use perms for good, I will not abuse my perms. When I have time, I may talk a bit in Chat, though, I'm mature -Not needed here-. I am an owner/admin of my server, so I'm pretty familiar with all the commands, and what to do if something bad happens, as I have experience. I take pride in any job/role i have, And being able to stop bullying,grieving,spam,and other things just makes me happy. I know that being a moderator takes a lot and i feel as if i have it to be a moderator. A lot of times i see a greenie in chat asking for help (I watch chat very closely) And no mods respond. I get that chat goes by very fast but I often see the person asking for help not being responded to, But I make absolutely sure that that the person gets help when they ask (i think its because they don't have color chat or a prefix). I am actually very good with working with people seeing as i am a student aid in school and i help people quite frequently. -Bold question, this paragraph is very messy and all over the place; dedicate 1 sentence to your qualities at the start, 1-4 sentences all together explaining what you do to help, remember to not scatter you reasoning, e,g; 'When I see someone ask for help, I help them, whether it be just a simple cobble generator, or *something else you do*' that is a better way to say it rather then 'someone is asking how to make a cobblestone generator' then 4 sentences later 'A lot of times i see a greenie in chat asking for help (I watch chat very closely) And no mods respond.'-

Qualities About Me
Kind: OK so a lot of times If someone says in chat,"I'm new can you help me?"
I say sure! i tell them do do /help to see the commands, /warp to see all of the available warps that they can access, and i tell them to do /newisland to create an island -I'm pretty sure this is more 'Helpful' then 'Kind'-
Mentally Flexible: This Means that it is easy for me to catch on with things really easily, Which also means if there is anything new that another staff member is trying to teach me i can understand real quick. ( Not Bragging) -Not needed-
Acceptable: OK So from my perspective it really does not matter who you are, where you came from, if you have a disability. I am still open armed to accept you for who you are no matter what.
Non-Biased: This basically has the same meaning of Acceptable. I don"t care if you have a special quality then someone else i will treat everyone fairly and respect who you are.
Good Teacher: OK so if someone is not only new to the server but is new to mine craft i have these books which is a guide how to play mine craft, and the server. I can also teach really good if you don't understand the first time tell me i am willing to make sure that you know what you need to no. -Basically not needed-
Active: Okay so i try my best to get at least 3 hours on the server every day. Mind if something that is so important that i cannot get on the server i will notify staff and post on forums.
Experienced: OK i am very familiar with people saying in chat that they have been grieved,hacked, or that they are fessing up to doing those things. Do *So if a moderator does not respond to them because sometimes it may be hard for a 'Greenie' to noticed in chat i chat in a dark color and notify all mods that (this player) needs help. however if they just want to fess up i give them the link to the Amnesty page on forums/ -You need to remember commas-
Virtuous: I hold myself to very high standards in everything that i do in life. I am upright in my personal principles and morals, and I know what to expect of myself. I think this is an important trait to have as a moderator because I can stay efficient, incorruptible, and right-minded overall while making wholesome choices in order to help keep the server up and running properly.
Have An Open Mind: As I have mentioned before, I am very unbiased and unprejudiced. That is because I strive to keep an open mind about everything and everyone that I encounter. I am very approachable and I love to be exposed to new ideas and new interests because that is what really makes people unique. I feel that as a moderator, it is necessary to be open-minded because you deal with many kinds of people/problems/opinions every day, and in order to keep things positive and clean, you have to be impartial and accepting of all.
Deticated:I am dedicated to both the server and the community of it. I always try to be on as much as I can, trying to help out people in need. I believe that being dedicated is important to not only the staff team, but the server itself. Being dedicated is another great significance to being a Mod and I believe that I can follow through with that.
Mature:I am a very mature person and take things seriously. I can joke around every now and then, but when I need to, I can become very serious. When dealing with players that need help, I act very sophisticated and do my best to help them. -Bold subtitle-

I don't play net so I can't properly judge how you act, your activity, and how you help within the server, so I'm going to take other people for their word.
As Talia stated: 14 days does not change a person, it could be a facade to get what you want then you change back. Proper change takes proper time.

I honestly regret wasting my time reading this so called "application". Since you claim you're 16 years old, may you please tell me if that's the age you feel you should be? I'm pretty sure that's what you meant by saying you're 16 because the wordings, sentences, spelling, grammar you used in this application are those of a kindergarten. I surely am disregarding the fact that you're immature, rude, and close minded since it has already been mentioned in previous comments. One single point that everyone has been talking about is that you can't tell people "look I am mature now", but you surely fail to understand that. Actions prove maturity and a multiple of different good aspects. Just so you know, actions speak louder than words.

The fact that you believe you can make some serious, permanent changes in two weeks proves your immaturity in itself. As Darkify stated, change is gradual. I've changed quite a bit since I joined these forums, and that's a period of just over a year and a half. Two weeks under normal circumstances has a very small chance of seriously changing a person. You can only learn this fact firsthand with self-aquired life experience, which will contribute to maturity. Yes, you can fix your application. No, you can't force the change needed to actually handle situations. It just takes time.

No support. You aren't ready. Wait a decent bit of time before applying, when you can tell that actual change has occurred. I'm talking 6-8 months minimum.

I really am so confused.. How am I immature? I really do not get it. I have gotten way mor mature than i was 2 weeks ago. I feel as if ya'll are just bouncing off of what others are saying and just reflecting others feedback.
