The mods need a break. They go AFK, or have fun in chat.

 

Actually, we are told to do what we can when see someone in help, but, we relax when we see no one in chat, or they contact another moderator or question a donor, of course if I see someone already helping him, I'll leave it to him.
Both are correct, in a way.
