Top voter last 2 months but still no usable coupon code.

Based on what you had said in the linked thread, I was saving for a spawner kit. Is there any chance these codes can be re issued as we had no reason to believe the codes would expire.

 

That's correct, I never received the code for last month.
I was also under the impression that the codes did not expire.

 

Yes, you have taken that quote from my original post here which was on Feb 15th. Precisely 2 weeks, from the date of Feb 1st in the image you attached from our conversation, which is what I stated. I'm not sure what I should be trying again???

Still hoping to hear about the December codes, there was no notice given then to say they would expire. Cyp's had stated in a previous thread that they didn't expire until they were used.

I'm not exactly sure what Cyp meant buy the statement and his attached image that you have quoted. I believe he thought there was a flaw in what I had said in my initial post however there was none as I have since pointed out.

Cyp has since messaged me with the code for January however he hasn't advised on the expired code from December.
There was no notification prior to my creating this thread that codes expired after 31 days, only a post by Cyp stating that codes only expire when used.

 

Still no news Cyp, please advise.

Not really appalling. 2 people are basically the only people who can handle any of these kind of issues on 2 fairly large networks. (Mineverse / skyblock). We obviously need more admins - or at least give some people the power to help out with issues regarding money. (Smods perhaps?)

 

There are 4 or 5 people who committed themselves to voting every day for a month or more and Cyp can't spend 5 minutes addressing this. I think appalling is accurate.

 

Oh, don't get me wrong, I think it's messed up that these people haven't been compensated correctly for 3 months, but I'm saying I'm not really shocked. I find it plausible that Cyp doesn't really have 5 minutes to spare.

By only have 2 people who can handle things like this, I think we are setting ourselves up for failure. I'm not shocked or appalled. Just disappointed.

 

I am actually committing myself to this and are experiencing some issues with votes being recorded. But seen this thread and how it is taken care of, I get the Impression it is not worth my while anyway. At least not in order to get a coupon. Maybe just for the grass and keys...
