I think the point has been put across, just /msg Jennie or Jenny, it's not hard and just use /r after that, simply as. It's not their fault that their IRL names are nearly identical. They're both mods so it doesn't matter who they message first but mostly everyone always uses /r after the first message anyways.

There is no maturity issue about it.
