Can you please tell me as to why? I'd like to be able to work on things and maybe one day earn your support. I am open for constructive criticism.

 

Certainly, you seem to be to sensitive, which isn't a good characteristic for a moderator. Feel like you'll take stuff to personal. You don't need to make a full report on the forums just because someone said an inappropriate word in chat. Just picture you to be a mod that isn't flexible that couldn't adapt to the situation at hand. But maybe I'm wrong, perhaps I'm just judging you too early. You have a lot of supports I wish you the best of luck.

 

I see what you mean by maybe being to sensitive, I am not really sensitive, I am just really nice to everyone. A lot of people tend to mistaken that. My reports, for people that spam inappropriate things and people that smimply won't stop. No moderator is online most of the time so I report them, I have slowed down on my reports a lot. I appreciate your feed back, it really means a lot to me.

I think he might be right about the nonflexible thing but he is wrong about you not being a good mod. I think an inflexible mod is just what we need right now.

I just wanted to let you know something that might help you out a bit.
I recently have gotten advice from someone in-game, Honestly I think it will help a lot while helping people. So as you know there is a lot of spam on .net. So in order to reduce creating even more spam, I would suggest helping out in /msg. Don't worry about people telling when you are helping, staff can tell. If people tend to have the same question, then it might be a better idea to help out in global chat.

Getting mod takes time, I respect that you're patient in this situation.
You're kind and understanding, however while handling reports or appeals you might have to be a bit more "rough" or serious than you usually are.
But, you always know what you're talking about, you think about what you say. You're clever, you find a way to make everything turn out well. You're very active, and we have very close timezones.
