Ractoven has also been banned for chargebacks.

It was ractoven who chargedback, you will only be unbanned if ractoven undo's chargebacks.

Noobcrew will surely see when the chargebacks are closed, and when he does, he will unban you.

I also Payed Ractoven 9 Diamonds for him to upgrade me from $0-$10 and from $10-$25 for 17 Diamonds. So that is a total of 26 Diamonds. So Unfair that he gets to just chargeback then i get banned with him and he keeps the diamonds.

There is a way of getting unbanned, when someone chargebacked AND donated FOR you
(And it is a good thing if you, Mods, take note of this now).
By contacting Crew with a well composed email (using the support email) and explain the situation. Now that's the first step.
Next you proceed to offer a second donation (IMPORTANT: YOU must donate. Do NOT let anyone else interfere,, such as friends. Parents should actually be with you while doing this) AND you must pay the fees Noobcrew suffers. So donate the 50 dollars and cover the fees.
Next, you simply wait for a reply.
Hopefully, assuming you execute every step and follow them strictly, this will lead to a solution.

Lol so you are saying that i am PERM BANNED until i pay $50 Dollar fee? Did i not tell you??? I didn't UPGRADE my self. Someone upgraded me. Why would i need to Pay $50 Dollars to get unbanned... I already payed the person with in game money for me to become donor. That is just stupid if the person who upgrades me get back his money, and I get PERM BANNED or I have to pay $50 Dollars and then i lose the diamonds i payed the person who upgraded me.

What I am saying is that the guys who donated for you won't help you. They donated FOR you in your account.
Your only chance is to offer Noobcrew the 50 dollar donation PLUS the fee. What happens after your offer is up to Noobcrew to decide.
