Thanks for being patient, unfortunately I have been away from my computer the past few days due to moving and not having Internet on my laptop. You'll have a full response that I hope you'll find satisfactory within the next 24 hours.

 

Alright, so thank you for being so very patient with me and my personal issues regarding moving, internet, etc.. but let's get onto this ban appeal!
So firstly I'd like to address your apology made within this post,

I would like to say I am throughly impressed and thankful you took the time to actually write out a real apology that to me, looks to have taken thought and actual input, rather than the run of the mill copy pastas I get every other appeal. Now onto the grittier stuff.
Regarding your ban history I won't beat around the bush and say it is outright horrible and downright pathetic within regards to the amounts, reasons, and reoccuring instances. This is a list of most of your appeals within the last year;

So within regards to this ban appeal we have multiple instances of proof we used, firstly the skype and snapchats, which were approved by myself and Cypriotmerkz to be used in the appeal, since this involves something that is not only against forums and server rules, but many rule life laws.

You also admitted during this appeal that you had actually done the threats and would "turn" yourself around after being unbanned.

Lastly while going through this information and appeal I just want to let you know I am done handling your appeals and seeing you on the appeals page. Further and all altercations with rule breaking on the forums, or the sever will result in an automatic 1 month ban, which will not be accepted, nor appealed. I am done with the lists of ban appeals and your attempts to "skirt" the rules and find "loop" holes. I will tell you right here and now if I have to, I will alter the rules to include any and all "loop" holes you seem to use, or find convenient at the time. I wrote many of the rules and have no problems adding more just for you, or your friends. Finally while I am going to be denying this appeal as a whole, I will be reducing your forums ban time from March 7th to February 15th. I think this is a compromise that will make both parties happy, as you will still serve a lengthy ban for the issues and wrongs you have committed, while not fully making you overpay for them. Once again, I do appreciate the thoughfulness and patience you have put into this appeal, since I know in others you weren't as keen to do so.
