I think it's best just to lock your application now. You oviously need plenty of time to improve. So far, it looks like you are not taking criticizm seriously and are lying.

Also the spelling in your application is incorrect.

 

Forum alts aren’t allowed, so you’ve broken another rule. You still have many spelling mistakes in your application, and you don’t seem to be working on any feedback given. No support.

 

After countless remarks about the grammar in your application, it looks like there has been no effort to correct these. Becoming a staff member requires you to take feedback and actually use it. Not to mention, your relatively poor history and making an alt solely to advertise your application does not give you a good look at all.
No support until I see a major improvement.
