On your application:
Firstly grammar. There are a few issues here. Every time you write 'i', it must be "I". Nothing else should have capitals at the start unless it's a name (proper noun, like Skyblock) or at the start of a sentence. Numbers under ten should be written in letters (one, two, three rather than 1, 2, 3). Almost all contractions (eg. I'm) have an apostrophe within them. These are a few rules you need to go over in your application. I can go over it if you start a PM with me, if you like.
In terms of formatting, red and blue is a bright colour scheme, but not bad overall. I would suggest you keep your spacing consistent: for example, you could always have two spaces after a section and one space between each subsection.
In terms of your actual content, it's not bad. You say "there are Australian mods", which isn't really correct. There is one Australian mod, so not plural. You're very right in that there is a lack of them. When you tal of your past experience, you say you have none. Have you not done some similar tasks in real life, for example watching children, being in a school council, working in a team, teaching others: this could range from anything from sports to school. If you can find something you've done in the past or something you do now that relates to being a moderator, it will make you look a lot better to say it.

On the applicant:
You're Australian, which is the best possible place to be from. We need more moderators from there, for sure. I don't see you doing typical 'mod-aspiring' behaviour in-game, but you're nonetheless very active (or at least from the eyes of a fellow SAer), which is great. You're a friendly person, and I think you have an attitude and personality that would suit being a moderator. At times you might use with being a more assertive.

Overall, I support you becoming a moderator. I think you're someone who could learn how to improve over time, and you're in a great timezone, one of the best ;>

Also it seems a bit fishy that you share an account, are from the same country and applied within a day of each other. I don't know, just seems weird. May be a coincidence though.
