Does it stop /homes ? If I have /lock on can people fly to my island but not open/break anything?

No it doesn't stop /homes. It only prevents you from using anything like furnaces, crafting tables, beds etc. If you are trusted and sleep in a bed then get untrusted you can do /homes and it will take you to where u slept. This works on my alts island.
Yeah WorldGuard, if you lock your island no one can /visit rocky7239 but if they fly they can do everything that you can do if you did /visit rocky7239. They cannot break/open chests due to WorldGuard but can break armour stands and item frames,
/lock just prevents people from visiting your island.

It is kinda confusing though, hope it helps,

Noobcrew Please can you help me? I purchased OverLord a very long time ago and I still haven't received my diamond pickaxe or my spawner for donating.
