I don't get it, why list it as "from 2 items every 32 ticks to 4 items every 16 ticks" and not "from 2 items every 32 ticks to 8 items every 32 ticks" or "from 1 item every 16 ticks to 4 items every 16 ticks"?

That's the way it is actually set up. The hopper activates once every 16 ticks (which is twice as often as before) and moves 4 items at a time (which is twice as many as before) so they now move four times as many items as before in the same amount of time.

 

oo, that is pretty nice, Is it hard to change the speed?
