Do you think we are a community?
Honestly, I don't think we are a community. I have been playing skyblock for about 2 years now and I've noticed that when I first started, you hardly got anyone trying to show off and you hardly ever saw anyone bragging about how much money they have (.org). Nowadays, I see more and more people urging players to come to their shops and I have sadly saw people telling other players to leave their island if they don't buy anything. It saddens me to see a server that used to be really kind and helpful almost turn mean and stuck up. I'm not saying that everyone has a love/hate relationship against each other and I'm not saying that everyone has changed but I can definatley tell that the community has changed drastically

Do you feel part of this community? if you dont think we are a community, do explain why you dont feel this way.
It's complicated. Sometimes I will feel part of the community where I get welcomed when I say 'Hey' and people come and visit me to see how I'm progressing and sometimes I'll fell almost left out because nobody will talk to me even though there's at least 80 players online (.org). I have sadly seen players being left out or not being able to get help and it really annoys me if I'm busy on a project and I can't help.

    How is this community run?
If you're talking about how the server and forums itself are run, they are mostly ran off of donations from the members of the community. Players can donate $10 and that $10 can maybe pay for 25% of the server hosting fee. If a player buys a package that costs $100, that might cover the cost of hosting the forums for a month or two.

However, of you're talking about how the server is kept alive, I'd say the members of the community do. It's like lighting a fire without a match. It's impossible. The owners simply wouldn't see the point on keeping the server and forums open if there were no members to keep the fire lit. No players = no motivation.

This is not a community, no offense, but this whole thing seems like a kindergarden to me.
