The thing is, this costs noobcrew a lot of money and time, and he loses a lot from losing the case, but for microsoft it doesnt affect them if they lose a bit and lose or win the case

Full circle, he should have registered for a trade mark 8 years before he did, then there would be no opposition to getting his trademark.

But since he didn't he did he now faces opposition. One of them being a 3 trillion dollar company.

He can try a fight against the push back, I'm not sure about Noobcrew's finiaces but I don't see anything worth to gain by continuing the legal battle. He just dosent have a strong enough case. If he think at the end he can profit off of it then sure fight, but I think the battle would just be better off by pushing a bedrock version of the server more.

However it's not, because phones were a thing before iphone, but skyblocks was fully created and the name was coined by crew

There are many examples trademarks getting rejected / lost legal status due to being too generic. That was just a random half assed made up example.

Some real examples (that actually had pre a existing trademark) :
    Ani-Manga
    Airfryer
    Aspirin
    Catseye
    Cellophane
    Circline
    Dry ice
    Escalator
    Flip phone
    Flit gun
    Heroin
    Hovercraft
    Kerosene
    Lanolin
    Launderette
    Laundromat
    Linoleum
    Lyocell
    Mimeograph
    Quonset
    Sellotape
    Spidola
    Teleprompter
    Thermos
    Trampoline
    Videotape

Again, I agree he was an early creator of skyblock, but unfortunately for him the success of skyblock is hindering his chances of winning his trademark battle.

Company filed in 2015. I get that it’s the company, not the trademark, but it’s company IP from 2015. Trademark filed in 2019, left free for a year, extension of time to oppose received in late 2020, followed by the opposition instituting 2 times in the following 6 months.

I do see the point your trying to make and what you’re trying to say but hey, you’re entitled to your own opinion as am I.
