If it comes back maybe have it for higher donors such as Donor400 or maybe Skytitan so it doesn't become something that you get everywhere with ease. Support though.
Its not incredibly hard to attain it, if you have a dia pickaxe, just get a lot of levels bu killing animals or mobs, make a bunch of stone, enchant them, view the enchantment, if silk touch isnt listed, enchant the stone pick with the lowest level enchant. Wait until you see silk touch, then use that one with the dia pick. And if needed get a donor to enchant efficiency and unbreaking
I think we should be able to buy the books of silk at /warp trade. I'm happy with us not doing /enchant silk_touch.
The thing that nobody is understanding, is that they are trying to make the new server more survival. Therefore they don't want people getting op stuff.
Selling books with silk on at /warp trade wouldn't be a bad idea. You have the option to grind for it and save yourself some grass, or have it at ease but pay the price for it to get it easily. If you're doing this though, it must cost an amount which makes it worthwhile to grind for the book instead of buying it right out.
Or make a bunch of books (Buy bookshelves and break them using a non silk touch tool and u will get 3 books) and enchant them in the enchantment table the way you said.
I agree with this, support for it to be at /warp trade but at an expensive price so it encourages grinding for XP etc.
Here is a cheap way to get silk touch if you have levels... 1. Buy Bookshelves and break them, you get 3 books and also buy lapis for enchanting. 2. visit someone that has an enchantment table e.g /visit BertBerry 3. keep on getting the lowest enchantment until silk touch appears. 4. Then add it to your tool or sell it Enjoy ~Skyzi P.s Iv'e done it before and only spent 6 grass to do it.
What about stone gens? Placing glass in the wrong place? Bookshelves? Etc. Support, but as others said make it crazy expensive.
stone = cobble? some people like to build their islands out of stone, much less texture in the block making it look smoother unlike cobble. it can also be crafted for like stone pressure plates, something cobblestone cant do, etc etc
Alright this is the last post I’m going to post, but when you build a ‘stone gen’ you mine stone and comes out cobble. Wood can be used as smelting it or the lava bucket you start out with.
Well, if you already have silk it comes out as stone. That's how I have 20 DC's and no functional furnaces.
