Im not sure why you put all of the valuables as a question but I refer to the blocks as valuables just so I dont have to repetitively say Iron, Emerald, Gold, Diamond Blocks.

The reason I ask is to make sure that you didn't trade any of items you stole for in game items. Also do you have proof of this Eg. Paypal Transaction?

No sorry I have no proof. If I did I would provide it but I used my friends paypal account and he gave me the money to buy a ps3 game. Im not sure if that sounds dodgy but I wouldnt lie about this.

Alright I will contact Compassi to come on and provide some evidence. My friend doesnt have minecraft sorry. Ill keep you updated about if we can get Paypal Receipt Evidence.

 

I just got onto Skype to find I have been deleted and blocked by Compassi. I swear I didnt know this had happened. If it means anything I can show you the messages I sent to my friend at the time, as its evident we would plan this far ahead? The messages show that compassi paid and then I gave him the blocks as I knew he had paid.

Yes but he has never played skyblock, so he isnt gonna make a forums account and post them here just so I can get unbanned from a server/game hes never even played.
He is a good friend but couldnt care less about this, unlike me.

 

Having considered all the facts of the case, both this appeal and previously, and having consulted with various other mods, here are our thoughts:

1) You have been caught multiple times for griefing, and other greed related offences. This shows lack of remorse on your part, and neither I nor the rest of the staff team have any confidence that you will not repeat your actions in the future.
2) The magnitude of your posting in this appeal revealed to us for the first time the effort and planning that went into this operation. You did not just happen to chance by the island and decide that you wanted to get rich quick. This was meticulous, well thought out, and planned down to the T. This demonstrates stigmata of maliciousnes and a seasoned criminal unlikely to be able to control themselves in the future.
3) Your attitude throughout the previous appeals has less than cooperative, every appeal up to this point has been riddled with lies. In this situation your attitude and lack of honesty certainly worked against you.
4) Even in this appeal, when asked for evidence, you were unable to provide any to back your story up. You claimed a few days ago that you "got permission" from compassi to mention their name, but suddenly they've become uncontactable, along with your other "friend" who supposedly helped you with the purchase. I understand that this friend may not play minecraft, but it does not preclude him from sending you a screenshot of the PayPal Transaction, not to mention that if they were a true friend they'd create the forum account anyway.
5) Most importantly there's the magnitude of the actual offence. It wasn't a simple grief, you'd have had to have flown around the island, and TP'ed your alt around multiple times to accomplish what you did.

I find no evidence that you are even telling the truth in this appeal, without even considering the irreparable damage you've caused the skyblock economy through your actions. Hence at this stage I see no reason to allow you back into the community. Please do not attempt to bypass this through the use of alt accounts. Note that any alt accounts that you use WILL BE FOUND OUT AND IMMEDIATELY BANNED.

Your appeal is hence denied.
