    Texas Governor issued a state-wide school lockdown, effective until April the 3rd. (Our district is closed until the 10th)

    Our state governor issued an order that urges everybody to stay indoors and only go outside for essential stuff.

    the headteacher (principle) of a school in my hometown just passed away due to the coronavirus. my county is going on lockdown starting 8pm tonight and idk what i'm gonna do because i hate indoors (i get claustrophobic and i don't like being around my annoying family)

    Yikes man, stay safe and if you can get outside if you can and just walk around. Sometimes I don't wanna be indoors and I go shoot some hoops and come back

    Our terms concluded on Monday (I’m Victorian in Australia), but we’re still expected to do 2 days of online classes to “test the system”. Imo our school’s system is crap but if covid continues the way it’s going in Australia it’s likely that we’d have to do these (as they say) til at least May or June.

    I really enjoy schooling in the comfort of my own home but at the same time I wanna interact with my friends and do stuff with them. It sucks, and life feels so strange right now.

    The strangest part was me turning up to school early (until Monday) because the roads are empty (I’m known for my absolutely shocking sleep schedule/insomnia/lateness).

    Im so worried i won't be able to have 8th grade grad :/ I spent my whole life with these people and it will all be for nothing ;-; No celebration no last goodbyes nothing
