It's not only for scamming; your language, disrespecting others as well, but you say you never read the rules even after we told you what you did was wrong. I'm not being biased here, but I've had numerous reports on you, whether it be scamming or just being plain rude. Given that this is another offense of yours, I will not be unbanning you at the moment. You may appeal at a later time, just not any time soon.
