So idk if this is either a glitch report or just a suggestion. But here's the deal: Quite a while ago I got scammed my beacon + full iron block tower. I remember the username of the guy. It was Brody24167. And I couldn't get my beacon back because it was in his ender chest. So what I'm implying is that mods should be able to look into or retrieve items from an either banned or offline player's ender chest! Also... I let colagirl123 hold onto my 2k14 Santa head and I haven't seen her online anymore. PROBABLY in her ender chest since it's nowhere else. ALSO Please fix the /seen command. It's broken and most players I try to find, like Brody24167 or Colagirl123, don't show up.
There are ways you can prevent and protect yourself from these situations occurring. Firstly, by watching who you let people handle your items, keep in mind that its very easy for players to scam -- so just be more careful. I'd also recommend recording your encounters when trading or letting someone hold your items, it's always good to have physical evidence because that will help in your report and maybe a chance of getting refunded. Screenshots are good, but try record if you can. Regardless, I think fixing some of the commands is a good idea. Have a nice day!
If you're having issues with refunds, try contacting a higher-up, they may be better handling your refund
The problem is, other smods and I have looked for the beacon, and we couldn't find it anywhere. I asked about getting you a refund back then, but it didn't work out. The only person who can refund such things like a beacon from the vault would be Krissy. KatoKillsMyGPA may be able to help you in a different way if needed. Also, if you can give us the player's IGN, we can search again in case they came on after the ban reset.
I couldn't find it. I found his alt, but they also had no logs of placing it :/ Looks like you'll have to get a refund ;(
