not imgur, that's blocked too(theres way to many blocked sites lol)
prntscr is the only image uploader(that I'm aware of) that isn't blocked

When you get to there is the rich text editor checkmark enabled for you?

 

Thats what shows up when I click preferences.
And to answer you question, yes, the rich text editor checkmark is checked

I believe it has to do with Google Chrome. Have you tried looking up any other ways of fixing it?

 

I haven't, but it's worked in the past on this computer and with this browser, I don't understand why it isn't working now..
