Support!!! I hate having unnecessary ratings

People should be able to express their opinion even after the thread is locked.

So what if you already locked your moderator application?
I should still be able to rate support or no support.

Locked a discussion about how beacons affect the server?
Let me agree or disagree about it.

No, I'm not saying it's okay to go on a post that's a year old and rate everything Old.
I'm saying I should still be able to rate after the thread is locked.

 

What I'm saying is that when the creator of the thread wants it locked, it means that they don't want anything to do with it until it gets unlocked, if it does. People don't want to get unnecessary ratings from people for a thread that they don't want anymore. Sure, they can delete the thread, but what if they want to unlock it again? They could unwatch the thread, but that's just an inconvenience to go back and look for it.

These actions could technically result in rate abuse if the thread has been locked for a month or so. I'm going to have to disagree with what you're saying.

There are some locked threads which I cannot rate for some reason, which leads me to believe that this is entirely possible. I think that once a thread is locked, the issue requires no further input and therefore requires no further rating. Support.

Is annoying when you get a notification that someone rated your post on a god knows how old thread.
