Getting moderator isn't really an accomplishment, as you are volunteering to be one.

Cypriot didn't ask you to join and put in the hard work.

 

It is an accomplishment to become a mod even though though you are volunteering. it is an accomplishment because not everyone get to become a moderator.
In my opinion the trophy points should a be lower 20 seems to high for me and probably others.

Zero trophy points doesn't seem harsh as you already get a tag, and a different color name anyway.

 

I agree 100% with bat, not because he is a friend of mine, because there is no point, I understand some people might think it's a achievement but it's useless having this, and plus why is it worth 25 points, that makes it even more stupid, I don't mind having this but atleast make the points = 0 when earning this. Support again.

Who said anything about it being an accomplishment? Even if it were though, the 2 aren't mutually exclusive?

And since when has the world degenerated to the point where hard work was not recognized even though it was not asked for? Do we only thank people if they do something that we ask? That's a sad sad world.

 

Perhaps recognition is a wrong choice of word, perhaps "acknowledgement" might be better. I meant recognition in the sense of acknowledgement, rather than fame.

We're all acknowledged that you are a part of the staff. Look at your colored name.

Me personally, I love the trophy, but couldn't care about the points. We don't need Points just because we're staff. The trophy's a fun little thing, but in the end is just decor to me.
