Declined Reason and Mod Name on Bans

We have discussed this suggestion over with our manager and have come to the consensus that mods always have attached either a) name, b) reason and c) both to bans and this protocol is going to continue.

As explained a blank ban is a rare circumstance and a blank ban can be utilised as necessary but only with guidance from higher staff. The criteria for a blank ban has been established so the community is informed on how serious your offence needs to be.

Rest assured that majority of community members will never experience a ban without a message.
