Sure, there would be excessive swearing, flaming, and just random junk, but just don't go to the rant section. After all, you should be prepared for what you're seeing. That way, Off Topic won't have random rants in it ^-^
And plus, I want to rant. Heh.

 

That way the tough mods can know who to have grudges on, and the more wimpy mods can have a safe space in Off-Topic outside the Rant section.

Support. It was fun sharing opinions without the ever-present threat of a flame war, since heated discussion was basically the main purpose. ;P

 

50/50 it would be nice to have it back, but there would have to be some clear set rules.
