    PURCHASE ISSUE INFORMATION
    Thank you for making a digital purchase on Skyblock! We understand that sometimes there can be issues, so we ask that players create a thread in this section to resolve any problems with outstanding or pending purchases from the Skyblock store. If you have any questions, please feel free to let one of the staff members know!

    If you happened to experience an issue while making a purchase to the server, we ask that you use the format below so that we can assist you quicker and easier. The more information provided the better we can help!

    FORMAT
    • What username is this purchase under?
    • What platform is the issue on? (forums, skyblock, economy):
    • Please list the items/ranks/kits bought:
    • What's the issue you are experiencing?
    • If you can, please provide evidence and proof of purchase:
    We ask that any evidence you provide is shown with a screenshot so that we can authenticate the validity of the content. It is no longer required for users to submit their message in hidden content as this section is now only viewable by staff members. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
