    There is nothing wrong with resignations however at this point the Australian timezone has lost 3 staff in 2 months from a total of just 7 Aussie timezone mods for majority of the year.

    When we lose more than we can replace theres a problem. However it cannot be helped since people would prefer dedicated mods over ones that are not so interested, active or happy.

    Only about 3 moderators were involved closely to this case that I'm aware of and one has resigned but she has resigned multiple times over different things. There's no way that's the reason lol. People have lives too.
    and what does that have to do with it.

    I just hope the bad mods keep resigning, and that the owners will get off their butts, play in-game some, and figure out the best canidates for new ones.

    And I'd like to ask kek what he finds 'stressful' about handling something like that. They've handled way way worse than 'lying to staff'. Why do you say it's this, kek?

    Honestly, more inactive mods need to start stepping down. Cyp won't promote more mods if there are still "I get on once a week" mods hanging around doing a somewhat decent job but not giving the time it needs. I would know, I stepped down for that very reason. You have to realize when you're no longer being an asset to the team (even if I am chock full of previous experience, including admin work and helped beyond the extent of a normal smod :t ) and step down anyway so someone more active can step up.

    Exactly the reason why I resigned at the time. I could literally only get on once a week for hardly an hour and sometimes not at all. But now I can get on all the time which is sad because I became after a week after resignation ;(((
