THE SKYBLOCK DISCORD​

Discord is a popular platform used to communicate with friends and many different communities. It allows users to connect by speaking to each other in voice channels or by messaging in text channels. The Skyblock Discord gives members of our community the chance to talk with one another about all things Skyblock or to talk about anything they'd like. In this thread, you will be able to learn about everything you should know about our server.

JOINING THE SKYBLOCK DISCORD​

The first step before reading the rest of the guide is to join the Skyblock Discord. You can join by clicking here, but you need to already have a Discord account made. If you have not created a Discord account, you can register here. We require all members of the Skyblock Discord to connect their mobile phone number to their Discord before allowing them to use the server.

DISCORD ROLES​

The following section lists all roles present on the Skyblock Discord. This includes staff roles, ranked roles, auto roles, and special roles. This does not include colored roles or bot roles.

Discord Channels​

The Skyblock Discord has a variety of different text and voice channels. There are 9 different categories for all channels in the Skyblock Discord, and I will be discussing them all and their channels. A large majority of our channels have a channel note or pinned message explaining the purpose of the channel.

The Skyblock Discord has a variety of different bots that all have their own unique nicknames relating to Skyblock.

GROOVY
C418 Stal
Groovy is a music bot provided to all users of the Skyblock Discord. The bot can be used to play music in #music with the commands here.

UNOBOT
Casino
UnoBot is a game bot provided to users who are Loyal Member+. The bot can be used to play uno in #uno [must be Loyal Member+] with the commands here.

IDLE MINER
Doug
Idle Miner is a game bot provided to users who are Loyal Member+. The bot can be used to go on a mining adventure in #mines [must be Loyal Member+] with the commands here.

RYTHM
Jukebox
Rythm is a music bot provided to all users of the Skyblock Discord. The bot can be used to play music in #music with the commands here.

CARL BOT
King Carl
Carl Bot is a multi-purpose bot provided to all users of the Skyblock Discord. The bot can only be used to make suggestions for the Skyblock Discord in #discord-suggestions by using -suggest. The bot also moves messages that receive 5+ stars on #starboard.

RYTHM 2
Noteblock
Rythm 2 is a music bot provided to all users who have the Karaoke Night Host role. The bot can be used by Karaoke Night Hosts to queue music for Karaoke Nights with the commands here.

MEE6
Ronaldo
MEE6 is a multi-purpose bot provided to all users of the Skyblock Discord. The bot can be used to check the leaderboards and ranks (provided by MEE6) in #commands with the commands here.

SKYBLOCK STATUS
Skybot
Skyblock Status is a custom bot provided to all users of the Skyblock Discord. The bot can be used in #skyblock-bot with the commands here. This custom bot was created by RedstoneTrails.

DYNO
Villager
Dyno is a moderation bot that cannot be used by users of the Skyblock Discord. The bot moderates chat and will inflict warnings if users trigger the filter or trigger the auto-mod response.

GIVEAWAY BOT
Drop Party
Giveaway Bot is a giveaway bot that cannot be used by users of the Skyblock Discord. The bot is used to host giveaways in #giveaways.

SKYBLOCK.NET
skyblock.net
skyblock.net is a bot that shows the number of users currently online.

VOICEMASTER
VoiceMaster
VoiceMaster is a bot that can create temporary voice channels to users who are Social Elitist+.

DISCORD EVENTS​

The Skyblock Discord hosts different events, some taking place in voice channels and others taking place in text channels.

KARAOKE NIGHT
Karaoke Night is an event on the Skyblock Discord where users can join the Karaoke Night voice channel and talk with others in the channel in #karaoke [must have Karaoke role to access text channel]. We currently have two different Karaoke Nights on alternating weeks.

Friday Karaoke Night is hosted every two weeks at 3 pm EST. You can find when it occurs for you here.

QUESTION OF THE DAY
QOTD, or question of the day, is an event on the Skyblock Discord where users can answer a question asked in #qotd every day at 8 pm EDT. You can find when it occurs for you here. If you are interested in submitting questions, fill out the form here.
