Well they can't be updated since they don't exist. At least the most needed. Languages I see (and recognize) sometimes spoken in Chat:

That is the Problem. Cyp made a whole dissertation out of his rules. Over 4 pages when copied in Word!!! I'm pretty sure this can be condensed. IMHO it would be enough to translate the Basic idea for every rule.
