absolutely support this, would be really nice to have and since we already use glass panes to lock a map using a red one to make it not copyable is so simple which is great

This would be a great update to add to the server.
You would be helping a large portion of the community feel a sense of security with their work.
People tend to feel safe in a place where there's security, right? So they stay.
Shuts down the covert map art cloning operation that most are unaware of.

Really though, this would be cool if it's possible and would be a huge update imo.

Iron bars implies that the maps are in jail because they did something wrong. I think red pane is better because 1. People already lock maps with glass pane so it maintains the theme and 2. Red is also an intuitive color that signifies off limits

 

My support remains unwavering even though I don't make a lot of mapart at the moment.
