That's Essential's /invsee edit command, and does not work on offline players.

Spigot is a fork of Bukkit. Bukkit and Spigot plugins are the same thing. Bukkit plugins can always run on a same version Spigot server.
Yes, Spigot and Bukkit have different sites to host plugins on. But they are just two different hosting websites. No big deal.

Support. Since tmod rank have been removed and a new staff manager rank was added did give smod+ the permission but if tmod returns and if staff manager rank stays or gets removed then i did recommend for fmod+
