Ok, KhalDrogo, when I tried nuker on Nodus, it didn't work, and I was immediately disconnected after the first block broke, however, when I used Wurst, I never got disconnected.
Nuker indeed doesn't cause disconnection, but it is also slower that what Drogo and I are used of. If you use SpeedNuker on Wurst, you'll get disconnected. IMHO this isn't an issue that will be solved server-side. Hacked-Client-Devs are trying to solve it client-side. But there is not much hope.
Has this ever been resolved? I used nuker yesterday and had no issue. This always happens when there's lag, though. I believe you already know that ;p
It indeed doesn't happen with a normal pace nuker. But it still happens with nukers that attempt to brake several blocks at the same time (i.e. SpeedNuker in Wurst). It also happens with FastBow and maybe other hacks that "send too many packets" as said by the disconnect message. So I'm affraid this is still an issue.
I had the same problem, but when I turned my nuker speed down and it was slower, it worked out much better and just right.
Exactly. The common, low pace nuker can hardly Keep up with my Generator, and I guess Drogo's Generator is even faster (I have "only" 7 Lava sources for 14 pillars). But this is not so bad. The worst issue is for tree harvesting. It is there where SpeedNuker was the most helpful. I could litterally run through the forest and had only a barren plain left when I turned around. Now I must stand next to (or on) each tree and wait for the harvesting to finish.
Speed nuker doesn't bypass the NoCheat+ plug-in, if you're using a client like Wurst, Nuker works fine though.
KhalDrogo has this been resolved? It seems as if some forms of nuker are working, and some don't, especially during lag.
It is not, and it even happens with low pace nuker on some occasions that you get kicked for "sending too many packets". It is ultimately Dogo's choice but I'd keep this open for updates on this issue.
It can't really be fixed unless we reduce the lag, which we're working on. Hopefully we'll be able to use it soon, but I don't think we are.
