I have not been rude to others. I only want to bring out my opinion in threads, can you give any examples of when I have been rude to others? I know there were some moments in the past where I have been a bit rude but they were some time ago.

I don't bump this too often. I bumped it once because I didn't really understand bumping and people explained it to me that I shouldn't bump too often. I only bump threads if it is 2 days + and nobody replies.

I really don't think you even considered my mod app and my in-game helping so you havn't even had a great think about the subject. I really don't think you are giving me a fair chance at all.

I'm not going to support or not support, however, I would try to fit in a little more time on the server throughout the week. What's a good mod if they're not really active? Also, I'm not sure if it's just the time zones, but I haven't really seen you online on the actual server. These things are what really stood out to me, so I think I'm just going to leave this reply at that.

 

Partial Support. You're not really active, although you are busy, it's best to always be online just incase no one else is. You help around, but I would like to see more.

I try to be active as much as possible but I must say that I do have a life. Is there any day you suggest needs more play? Also the times up there aren't exact. For example I should actually say that I play more on the weekdays. The maximum I can do on the weekdays is from 6.30-9.30. Maybe sometimes If I come from school early I can do 5.40-9.30. I will change this as I haven't really been too accurate in this area.

 

It also seems like you're arguing with the feedback that people give you. Accept it and try to improve.

I just disagree at yours. I give my opinions on threads not post rude comments at them. If you really do think I am rude then I am sorry and I will improve at that. Also can you make another comment which actually judges my app and my in-game helping? I just feel that you are giving me comments based on one topic.

 

Ok I have changed the School Week activity times to:

Monday: 2 hours - 3 hours 30 minutes
Tuesday: 2 hours - 3 hours 30 minutes
Wednesday: 2 hours - 3 hours 30 minutes
Thursday: 2 hours - 3 hours 30 minutes
Friday: 2 hours - 3 hours 30 minutes
Saturday: 4 hours - 8 hours
Sunday: 4 hours - 8 hours



Monday-Friday used to be 30 mins - 1 hour 30 min.

I also added one hour extra to holiday period.

Is this better?

 

Advantages:
- A good amount of time has been set a side to create this application. (I can appreciate this as sometimes things take longer than expected).
- An introduction is always good to add, as it welcomes everyone before they've started to judging process. Gives a good first impression.

Disadvantages:
- Having colour in your application was an instant negative when it came to me judging your application. It instantly make a connection between immature and no professionalism to your application. This also goes for the emotes that have been dotted around.
- There was a lot of personal information that in actual fact was redundant. It was completely irrelevant to the overall purpose of submitting a moderator application. I'm not going to go into detail as I could be here all day. But this is your job to seek out the information that needs to be edited or removed.
- Again, another application that has a long list of positive attributes that the user thinks they posses. This fad is extremely generic now, and as a result I am marking as a negative aspect of your application. This is the same as several prior to you.
- Within the same section of the list of attributes, there is no information of which Is actually related to you being a mod, where is the spark of uniqueness that sets you out 'from the rest'?
- With your comment at the end with you stating that it would be nice if the application is considered. As soon as you submit the application and read by one person; its considered.
- Grammatical errors which need to be corrected which are throughout the application. (Again, your job to find them and correct them.

Suggestions:
- Remove colour that is within the application, reasons of which are stated above. (Lacks professionalism, expresses immaturity)
- Fix the grammatical errors and make sure all of the sentences make sense once read out loud.
- Add more of 'you', to the thread. Give readers detail of which makes you different from everyone here on the forums that have applied to be a moderator.
- I would also remove information that is irrelevant to the purpose of creating the application in the first place. As a considerably amount of fact provided don't need to be in there, which deems them as unnecessary.

What format do you suggest. I recall seeing a mod writing the same thing. All I am doing is what everyone else is doing but I do agree with you. To be a successful mod I need to be unique.
