Well, I love this update. Everyone has to file a proper report and a server claiming to be PG13 finally is. 2 days ago, I was online and watched kids telling each other their ages...there was a 9 year old an 11 year old and 2 12 year olds. I freely give up my freedom to say WTF to not have to watch others say KYS to other players. Additionally, there is no need for anyone to send links in game when we have a forums for that.

I understand kys like you said, but a lot of people know what wtf means by now. People said it in the past for 4 years on the server, and wtf is not bad since you can't get reported for it. I've seen moderators and other people use it, it doesn't have to be bleeped out. And if a new player had evidence of a scam and sent a moderator a link, that would be easy. Now new players have to sign up for a forums account, wait a long time for the confirmation email, and make a whole report on there, when you can just message a moderator a link in game, and it's done. It would be so much easier if you can send links in games, and not that much people have forums and don't want a forums account. If someone wanted to show me a funny video, and send me the link it wouldn't work. They wouldn't sign up for a forums account just to send me a link to a funny video.

WTF is not PG13, just cuz it has been used in game for the past 4 years, doesn't make it more PG13. And we all made it to forums, new players will, too. I've made reports on behalf of other players in the past, I would continue to do that. There are many players who file reports simply because they have seen someone break a rule, they will continue to do so, I'm sure.

That's if they want to, a lot of players just message moderators and that makes moderator's lives easier. Wtf can be used, there is no age limit. Even my 7 year old cousin knows what that means. Also, since wtf is a abrv, some people might not know what it means. It's not like you are going to say the whole thing. You can say worse words than wtf, you can say wth, but that's not as bad. This should be removed instantly, no need for it to be bleeped out like I said.

Actually, you can curse at whichever age you want. There is no law saying I can't curse until I'm 18.

Denial of saying specific English words... what has this world come to?

Languages are not natural, but human made. Words do not hurt people.

True, but if you do it in school, you get detention...if you do in at a job interview, you won't get hired...if you curse to your parents , you'll get smacked and if you curse in church you will go to hell. And now, if you evade the filter on your game, you will get kicked or muted.
There is a time and place for everything, you can still swear wherever you want...but not on this game.

Links to images for reports are not the only thing that links are used for. This is essentially blocking a form of communication that is legal. I get blocking links in global, but there needs to be some way to communicate links, and that has been /m for the past forever.

I have the right to say whatever I please. Words do not hurt. People choose to be hurt by them.
