Lol... You dont even need to understand it. All you do is copy the files and paste it. If I had 128 diamonds on my player.data sartex77 file... I could put it in a different file (like a different world save) and BAM! I got the diamonds. Just do the same trick.

Or if you actually want to do something that makes sense, have the 2 servers share a MySQL database with player data.
