    Amazing application and it is very well written. I don't know why but I had a funny feeling that you are gonna become Mod. I see you have amazing potential and we both enjoy helping others out. Nice job, keep up the good work :D

    However your forum presence is rather low. I believe that you really need to improve and showing you are capable of being helpful on both the server and forums.
    This would be to engage in the community, try and offer support in the help threads and welcoming new players.
    This should greatly increase your skills too as forum moderation is part of the job.

    You seem like a great person to talk to in game and have a nice personality. I would say your biggest problem is forum awareness. I see you getting accustomed to the forums and make your way around here, but perhaps increase the amount you communicate with the community. Also help threads under the help section can always be posted on by non-staff. It makes our job easier if you guys can get there first.

    This is the first time I will use myrm's post as part of my feedback.
    He has a point, you keep talking about how things were wrong and then you state how they have gotten better. Change happens, but change isn't easy and if you became mod and couldn't exemplify your change, you wouldn't be the first moderator to be taken out because of how they acted in the past.​
    This post really isn't something I see as negative towards you, because I have personally told people to "stfu" and I may/may not have said that to Wade.

    As it comes down to supporting or not supporting, I would say I support you about 60%. I will be watching you. (That is when my computer gets fixed >///<)
