Here, you are saying that you don't want mods demoted, but you want new mods hired. Here, you say that you want mods looked at, and possibly demoted. If you want mods demoted, you need to point fingers, no matter how rude it seems. If you want new mods hired, there is nothing you can do.
I was not trying to help the mods im trying to help the people who get abused when no one is on (i thought people could be civil about this and discuss this in the right way but of course not
I want every single mod looked at and even if they are active are they doing there job. If they are not then demote them
Be careful of what you are saying. How do you think he knows when to promote and demote? He monitors.
If you have such an issue with the staff schedule, play somewhere else. They do the best they can. They are only volunteer.
Ok, I'm going to leave this thread. This has begun to turn into an argument. Nothing will change unless you tell Cyp which mods you want monitored. Even if you do, it is very unlikely that he will do anything. Look at all the people here that are saying the staff is doing a fine job. If he finds 1 person telling him that 30% of his staff is inactive and the rest of the community saying everything is fine, the odds are against him doing anything.

I did not create this thread for the high donors i created it for the people who are abused, scammed and griefed But non of us get abused cause we are high up but i am trying to help the non-donors not you guys because we get it the best on the server but some of the non-donors are abused so bad that they quit and they should not have to do that im also saying that new mods are not a bed idea. I don't think you realise how hard it is to own a server that rolls in tens of thousands of dollars every year. I run a small server and the stress is extreme. It got easier over the five months but you have to worry about outdated plugins, solving forum needs, getting better software, making sure everything is up to date and most important; satisfying member needs. Crew and Cyp make a ton of money. Although there are many bills to be paid. I have 3 bills to be paid but think about Crew, if he doesn't own an actual server (in his house) he is paying a company. Merks is here to help him. Now I don't know Crew's setup but mineverse has 10-20 servers connected together with Bungeecord. These are all SEPERATE servers. I hope you see how busy these two men are. Cyp knows the moves of every mod. More than you think. So, it would pointless to check up on study every mods moves 24/7. Remember, almost all were a TMod.

This is getting out of hand Some mods are inactive but they alert admins or mods deal with it most is IRL problems a lot have study's ext and some have url Crisis's with family's and other things there'll always be mods on if not just report easy as that They also have lifes swell just saying
