Some alert the Admins that they are going to be inactive, for that time being. Things happen that the public doesn't need to know. Staff members that're inactive most likely have alerted the admins about their inactivity.

Yes, there are times when there are no mods on, but still, what you are saying here is that Cyp needs to demote anyone who doesn't come on soon. I'm telling you, even if it sounds rude, you need to single out which mods you personally think are too inactive. You can't just tell Cyp to pay more attention to every single mod. But I like how you are determined to stick to your point.
OK I don't think people understand I did NOT make this thread to point fingers I was just saying that some new blood in the system would be great because they are the ones with the most determination to do things (NOT THAT EXISTING MODS ARENT)its just that there are like 3 MAIN people who keep this server up and running (in my opinion) CypriotMerks, Noobcrew, NiH301. If anyone realized Cyp almost left and the server almost went into chaos SO these 3 people are the beams of Skyblock.net and they need the most help that they can get so the more motivated, enthusiastic, determined someone is the better so the mods already here are mostly GREAT but there are a few that are letting down the deams (Noob, Cyp and NiH)

Enforce, Emphasis. You want to point out a specific word, no? Then use italics, it's hard to take someone seriously who uses full caps for an emphasis. It's annoying.
I'm not a mod until cyp see's that i'm very active (which wont be until the summer). That's an example of how inactive staff are being monitored. Read what jokata said.
Let's get back on topic, guys. We are in completely different timezones; I'm in America, you're in Austrailia. I have never seen NiH on. Never. Yet I see most of the other mods on a lot. This is getting back to my timezone suggestion.

Yes, and I talk to a lot of the mods that you are calling "inactive" a lot. But I have never talked to NiH. Why? Timezones. They aren't inactive, and I'm not saying that NiH is inactive. I'm saying that NiH is sleeping when I am online, and I am sleeping when NiH is online.
I was trying to help but if this is what someone gets for trying to help the skyblock community then i understand why people leave
