Denied My job application to become mod

Hi I'm buckethead1381 this is my job application to become a mod and I meet most of the requirements. Such as, Having knowledge of the rules and code of conduct of all servers, I own a discord account, I have no current punishments ongoing with an unrestricted discord, forums and Minecraft account on skyblock.net servers and I'm Trustworthy, open to feedback, and able to work in a team environment alongside moderators and developers. For my general requirements, I will, Monitor chat, forums and discord, I will, participate and engage with the community (with breaks such as, taking breaks from Minecraft) I will, Try to answer players question and queries (I will do research to find out), I will, Defuse arguments and tension within public chat, I will, Enforcing all server rules and code of conduct, using special permissions (warn/kick/mute) only when necessary, I will, Always exhibit good behaviour for others to replicate, And that's it! I did miss out on a few general requirements but I will try to learn them and become better with it. And I hope you accept my application to become a mod.
