    No support.

Use bold or italics instead of colours and if you do use colours make it a darker colour so it doesn't hurt people's eyes.
Add more detail to your application, we're trying to give you feedback you shouldn't be saying "no". You're application is quite short so you should listen to ourfeedback.
When you reply to players, reply to all of them in the message and merge them all together. It looks like your trying to bump your application.
    You're immature.

Also, 2FA is downloadable on mobile devices. 2FA is required.

I really disagree with this, being immature isn't really good when your dealing with reports, appeals, etc, you have to be mature and handle a situation. You don't want a mod to be like, OMG LOL no. Appeal denied. Even though that may seem funny, it isn't okay. It's okay to be immature with friends but when you're dealing with something serious, it isn't okay. XD If you don't agree, that's completely fine but it's my opinion.

    Liking the enthusiasm!

One of the best features of the Internet is you cannot be judged on your looks or age, Ms. Sarah. If you communicate well and seem intelligent that is all we need to know. I humorously refer to this as someone's "iAge"-- that will never catch on but I like it.

+1 for keeping your preamble short and to the point. Looking forward to reading through your application, let's get started.

Nice to meet you, Ms. Sarah. Your name makes me think you spend way too much time watching terrifying YouTube videos for a twelve year old...

+1 for an excellent start -- A huge number of applications list odd timezones or forget to give the UTC offset.

Google - 2 Step Verification. This is incredibly non-user friendly and prone to a few problems. I struggled with getting this application for over two hours before realizing "Incognito Mode" disables this plugin entirely.

Lemonade made a post about this (link) and a helpful YouTube video (found here). Ignore his rather amusing typo at the 1:27 mark.

•baffled• Did the template change....? One moment, checking.

...back. No, the template hasn't changed. Please check this thread for the application questions, I think you may have gotten sidetracked ma'am. Pretty common problem among the YoungTube crowd, no fault of yours.

You speak English and "UK"? I'm interested, can you give a demonstration of the differences between the two?

Thank you for the extra details regarding your family tree(?)

I'd recommend removing any language you can't have a conversation with; if your Spanish isn't good enough to explain to someone why island farming is illegal then it won't help you for this position.

You have made me check the template twice now, Ms. Mangle. You seem to be missing a few questions and some of your sections are worded differently. Are you working with an old guide...?

    +1 for posting a schedule.

Please remove anything about how you will not be online; it isn't necessary and taking small breaks is very acceptable. However you may not want to bring up your absences on your job application and give everyone doubts about you not being around.

    What were we talking about...?

This makes less sense than skunk-themed laundry detergent. First of all: Do not disqualify yourself in your own qualification. The phrase "Mod experience: I guess I have experience" made me flinch like I found a spider in my sandwich.

If you are trying to list your past experience moderating then please cut out phrases like "I guess I have" and "I sort of do". That sounds weak and uncertain. Just say you have done the job before and sorted out player situations on other servers.

You do get a massive +1 for correct use of "grieved" instead of "griefed".

Normally this is my absolute favorite part of an application. But I'm a little confused about the format and what is going on here-- I guess I'll just roll with it.

"You can't say it isn't true!"

Honest and integrity are things you can't prove simply by talking about them, ma'am. You have to list sources, for example "SkyBlock players will tell you I am honest and have never scammed anyone". Normally I just recommend taking anything about honest / integrity / maturity completely off a job application, these are topics where the more you talk about it the less everyone believes you.

This space can be better used to list some other qualities. Why not highlight how often you help others on the community? Or describe the way you handle conflict among players? I'm sure you have a lot of traits you can showcase here.

Thank you for the update on your friend. Is he applying for Moderator? Can I go read his forum post?

This is a job application, Ms. Sarah. You're spending an awful lot of time talking about your friend and coop partner. Can you perhaps put a little effort into giving reasons why you would be the best choice for a staff position?

You're aware Moderators kick, mute, ban and confiscate items from players...? The job description is pretty much the exact opposite of "not offending anybody", ma'am.

Could you rewrite this slightly? Something like "I like to see others having a good time and being happy. It bothers me when players are being disruptive and ruining the fun, I would like the chance to do something about that". Probably a bad example but I hope you get the point.

"I haven't said anything bad about anyone... unless they have scammed". So you do say bad things about people...? What was your goal with this sentence, ma'am?

If you are trying to show that you only say good things then you need to stop mentioning the bad.

But if your goal is to point out you help others avoid scams then wouldn't it be better to report the scammer?

"I vote every day, unless I don't". - Please stop reversing yourself.

One of the template questions actually asks how long you've been playing. You could move this portion to the correct spot, ma'am.

"I am mature, some people think I am not" - Please stop reversing yourself.

Maturity is a topic you can't prove by talking about it. How you reply to others and what you do has more of an effect. You definitely write well and your posts sound fairly articulate: Big marks in your favor.

I quite enjoyed this, ma'am. Nicely said.

This seems to bother you for some reason. I can guarantee very few people knew or cared, so don't worry about it.

I'm feeling like this entire post has gone wayyyyyyyy off topic.

Integrity is definitely something Moderators should have. Why are you saying that you've been kind and honest in the past? Are you not honest right now? Probably an accidental word choice.

You're quite welcome, that was interesting to go through. Some serious issues:

    • Please read the application template (link). You are missing several parts.
    • This is a job application, you need to list qualities you have and how they would benefit the server.
    • You go off topic and ramble a lot, especially about your friends. Try to avoid this.
    • Please structure your application a bit better, it is hard to find your topics and answers are unclear.

I would be quite happy to help with your post if you'd like, ma'am. While you seem like a very kind hearted, earnest person you aren't giving us a whole lot to support with your application. If you would like to restructure this a bit please let me know, we can go over it on PM.

Thank you so much for this! You have helped me... I cant even say how much you have!! :D I have corrected EVERYTHING you have requested. It is ready to read again.
Paragraphs are more organized than before; I have added A LOT more important detail; My friend paragraph is now optional to read.
Keep in mind that I am Dyslexic and that is why I had some accidental word choice and maybe some spelling mistakes. I have had to correct a lot of words, and I mean a lot- that is why I use abbreviations.
This was a very thorough report and I feel so happy to have had it- it was also very professional.
I have added a few extra points that aren't in the template but I think it might help my app.
As I now say in the mod app, you would be surprised at how many people commented on my accent.
I have removed the "reversing myself" things.
I did miss things out and I have added them in- thank you for reminding me about those other things. :)
The reason I was trying to put out when I said I wouldn't offend any body was I wouldn't be racist or sexist to people.
I have edited my app for another hour and a bit. :)
Note: I can see that these reviews take hours to write and I thank you greatly for your patients to write it.

That is everything :) Once again, thank you for doing this report and I hope to see your other report in the future :)

Try harder next time with what?? You do need reasons for why you don't support and even if you do support, you still need reasons.

Guys, I am seeing a lot of people telling me that I am immature. I have read through my app many times now and I still don't get it. Please could you give me reasons as to why I am immature?

•glances through• I see changed to the "language" and "schedule" portions of your post.

I also see you have spent time writing more into your "mod experience" section. It is getting very messy, you have quite a lot of thoughts and topics jammed in there. Please consider cutting this down and simplifying, I know this is a little confusing so let me try to give an example:

    Current:
I have had some mod experience. I have a lot of minecraft servers- as well as some garrys mod servers- but I wont go into garrys mod. I have invited my friends onto my servers and they have been good-the servers I mean! If they did something they weren't suppose to- such as destroy other players buildings or chain kill- over and over again I would kick/ ban/ mute them, depending on what the problem was. I have also, have had a bit of mod experience on Skyblock because I help people if they have a problem, such as if they have been grieved and they have proof then I help them rebuild and restore their island back to what it was. I try my hardest to catch scammers and report them; a lot of scammers now though are very easy to catch out, as they usually forget other people are there or pick on new players. I also tell people commands and rules. Plus, I have reported players and every one of them have been banned, kicked or muted, so I know whats wrong and whats right on Skyblock. I have a well developed island as an extra and I am fairly rich on the server as well.

    Rewritten:
I have experience as an administrator on both MineCraft and "Garry's Mod" servers. I was in charge of enforcing rules and investigating player grief for two different servers. If I found good evidence I was trusted to ban, kick and mute players until the issue was resolved. I try to put those skills to work on SkyBlock by helping players recover from grieving and item theft alongside reporting any scams I see. I have a strong grasp of the server rules and know how to apply them.

Does this help? I'm sure you have a better way to write this, I'm just trying to give a good example of how to "slim down" on this section while keeping your qualities. You can probably rephrase this better than I can, ma'am. Moving on.

Your "Why should I be a Mod" section is explained a lot better. I dislike "mature" qualifications but at least you have provided sources that can verify you are a responsible person-- nicely done.

    Other concerns:
    • I am baffled by the "Have you sorted out any conflicts?" part. While this is interesting to read-- no sarcasm implied-- but it isn't helping your job application very much. Remove this.
    • Please put your "optional" portion inside [.spoiler="Optional Reading"] lots of text here [./spoiler] section, ma'am. That way your readers can click to read it if they want to.
    • "Maturate". -wince- Maturate? Please spell check.
    • Remove the "Extra" and "Note" portions.

    And above all:
    » Follow The Template «
(you can find the template here (link))

You are missing several template questions, not having these questions on your post means your application is immediately ignored. I am going to "Support" your application for now but I am relying on you to add the template questions. Please don't disappoint.

Best of luck to you, ma'am.
