Let me first start my POV on your potential like this:

No support.

Why? A good moderator doesn’t get constantly banned on forums. There is no denying that. If you still don’t agree, how will people contact you via forums if you are banned?

Also, you are a bit negative. You give people disagree ratings a bit too often, and you are a bit rude when you respond to feedback. So if you want my support, you are going to have to go through a major step to change your ways. You are never helping.
