Moderator Application: Gamzee24 [USA] [.NET]

As others have stated in the other comments, you should improve on responding to other player's feedback/constructive criticism which I also had trouble doing when I first applied. I do not see you on when I do come online, although I am inactive at the moment, others have stated that you are not active, which means you are always able to improve on activity. Some other things you can improve on is maturity and being a little lay back. If you do get the role as a moderator, you will start out as formal as could be. Overtime you drift into a lay back phase which everyone has done and is commonly normal, which it is easier to start now than being really formal/strict on your policies. Some positive things are you have been on the server long enough to interact with it well enough you can be able to show new players around and know the rules/guidelines by now. Another positive is that you're hard working to achieve this position. It is good to show that trait, it shows the staff your dedication and how determined you are to take the role as a moderator on the staff team.

My support status relies on the message I left you, I will change it once you improved on the tips/traits I have given you!​

 

Thank you so much Emerald. This is the best feedback I’ve ever heard from. I will take your opinion and feedbacks into consideration. I will try to get on more. I used minechat to get online mobile when I couldn’t on pc, but for some reason it wouldn’t work for me anymore. I’ll redownload the app and try using again to get on more. I will also try to be more mature and accept other people’s feedback. The main why I have been like that to most people is because they aren’t really nice about. But I’ll fix that too.

Color is not a valid reason to not support someone. If I can see it, so can you. Please remove your no support off of my application unless you have a valid reason. And also “never seen u online” is not technically a valid reason either, considering different time zones.

And not being able to read ur application, does effect to how I am going to express my opinion.
And I don't give about what time zone ur in, I play with people in California all the time. Still havent seen you online once

 

You should make your own opinions. If everyone based theirs off of one, then it could be bad. One bad comment could equal 100

 

If more or less everyone as mostly bad things to say, it allows me to draw a conclusion, That you're not active, you don't help people, and u just wanna be a mod for the fun it. Your a disrespectful, because you are unable to comprehend when other people have opinions. You are petty in the way you have to try and shut down anyone else opinion to merge with yours

I didn't flame said mod application. I simply said my reasons for no support, Your Buddy was unable to accept my reasons and attempted to make them invalid, However, they were not, he was and is unable to accept other peoples opinions. Proving my point, he would make a s*** moderator

 

Being disrespectful doesn’t help you. No support.

 

I understand that you were quoting here, so it’s different, but my advice is:
Don’t swear at all, we don’t tolerate that here, and especially don’t swear on your application if you want to make yourself look like you could be a good moderator. It makes you look as if you react extremely dramatically to things you should be able to tolerate. As a moderator you will have to tolerate people disagreeing with you, even if you feel that the reason why people are disagreeing is rather pointless. In their eyes it isn’t. Not everyone has the same opinion Gamzee. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

 

I see Gamzee online sometimes so it's not like he's never on. He is a rather quiet person but that is okay. I will give you support because you seem to have a nice personality
