Anyway, like tyler said, "less is more". Keep the server simple, instead of all the stuff they keep putting in, including new ranks and also new staff members. Its quite frankly kind of like a gamble now, you never know who Cypriot is going to pick as a moderator anymore, it just suddenly happens, no matter how unqualified one can be

See, Krissy is the exception to everything. She's a BAMF and doesn't count in any of this.

 

Because the server is ran poorly and the mods that are promoted are mostly children, so that causes problems alone.

 

I mean, the only reason I'm on during Aus times is because I'm homeschooled and don't have to meet with my tutor until later in the day, so I'm good.
I think that for now, Krissy and I have the Aus timezone covered because there's not too many people online then.

 

More AUS moderators will be great, but we can't just go promoting every AUS applicant. We have to make sure they're ready. The reason there are so many US mods is because there're usually more people on during those times, hence more applicants.

No I 100% agree with you. By no means am I asking us to throw around ranks to people like Oprah gives away stuff. The person needs to be qualified and have earned it. I just think, moving forward, that's something that should be considered. Maybe only promoting those who are qualified in the time slots that are needed. So IE, not promoting anyone, unless necessary, until a good AU candidate comes along.
Unless we can just clone Krissy .

 

I mean I can see where your coming from the staff team Is a quarter of the player base.

And I believe the team Is two big for a server rarely hitting above 110 but as moderators get older and older they tend to be not as active and we have a very dedicated team here but we always need fresh people to come In and motivate the team,
